At Sure Fix Appliance Repair, your satisfaction matters. If you change your mind, you may cancel your plan within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

 

Cancellation Period

• You have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel your service plan and receive a full refund.
• If your request is made after 14 days but within 28 days, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
• After 28 days, cancellations and refunds will no longer be available.

To maintain fairness and protect the quality of our service, the following are not covered under any service plan:

• Faults or damage present before plan activation
• Issues caused by misuse, neglect, or tampering
• Repairs unrelated to the normal functioning of an appliance
• Appliances used in a way not aligned with the manufacturer’s guidelines
• Illegal or fraudulent use of our platform or services
